Team members are cross-trained for our unique shop to operate daily tasks for both Cozy Cottage and Southern Sip. Our shop is a fast-paced but fun work environment with the opportunity to learn a variety of experiences.
- Customer service is a top priority. All team members are expected to communicate professionally to take phone calls, relay messages, prepare large orders, ensure that all customers have a positive and helpful shopping experience; must be knowledgeable about drink menus, nutritional information, store products and candle details to provide correct and optimal information to customers.
- Must be prepared and organized for work shift, practice time management and avoid distractions; have a friendly, polite and outgoing attitude towards others; be respectful and work with other team members to provide quality service and keep a positive work atmosphere.
- Must be able to follow daily tasks without needing redirection, such as: sanitize and deep clean entire store, sort and restock supplies, prepare and implement inventory.
- All team members are expected to lift 20-30 lbs., break down boxes and pallets properly and operate tools such as a box cutter, dolly cart, screwdrivers, etc.
